(COMES AS A SET)THESE BRACKETS ARE FOR MOUNTING A BLAZER OR SUBURBAN BUMPER TO A TRUCK (the blazer / suburban bumper has a short inner bracket that bolts straight to the frame of said vehicle/ if you are swapping it to a truck you need this bracket to transition between the factory mount and the truck frame)
THIS DOES NOT TUCK THE BUMPER, IF YOU WANT TO DO THAT LOOK AT THE THIRD PICTURE ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS UNBOLT THE BUMPER WITH THESE TWO BOLTS (THE INNER AND OUTER BUMPER BRACKET SANDWICH THE FRAME IN THIS SPOT) AND REDRILL THEM FORWARD THE EXACT DISTANCE THAT YOU WANT THEN SLIDE THE BUMPER FORWARD AND PUT THE BOLTS BACK IN!
