1. SPONSOR
The Slosh Tubz $1,500+ Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Slosh Tubz (“Sponsor”).
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins at 10:00:00 AM Central Time on September 28, 2026 and ends at 10:00:00 AM Central Time on October 5, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
Entries submitted before the start of the Promotion Period or after the Promotion Period ends will not be eligible.
The Sponsor’s official clock will be used to determine the Promotion Period.

3. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Slosh Tubz, its affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Promotion Period, an eligible participant may enter by:
1. Following the official Slosh Tubz social media account on the platform where the giveaway is being conducted; and
2. Posting a comment on the designated official Slosh Tubz giveaway post.
An eligible participant may enter one (1) time total during the Promotion Period, regardless of whether the participant comments on the Instagram or Facebook version of the Promotion.
If the same person submits entries on both platforms, only the first eligible entry received will be counted.

OPTIONAL TAGGING AND SHARING
Participants may tag friends in their comments and may share or repost the giveaway to their Instagram Story, Facebook Story, or other social media channels.
Tagging friends, sharing, reposting, mentioning friends, or otherwise promoting the giveaway is completely optional.
These actions are not required to enter, do not constitute additional entries, do not increase an entrant’s odds of winning, and will not affect whether an otherwise eligible entry is accepted.
The Sponsor encourages participants to share the Promotion with friends and other truck enthusiasts, but participation in any such sharing activity is voluntary.

5. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase, payment, or product order is necessary to enter or win.
Purchasing a product, placing an order, becoming a customer, or otherwise spending money with Slosh Tubz will not increase an entrant’s odds of winning.

6. GRAND PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.
The Grand Prize consists of:
• One (1) set of Slosh Tubz Inner Fenders — $800 total prize value, including the value of the Inner Fenders, applicable shipping costs, and applicable taxes;
• $500 in Slosh Tubz store credit; and
• A Slosh Tubz merchandise package valued at $200 or more.
TOTAL APPROXIMATE PRIZE VALUE: $1,500+
The advertised $1,500+ total prize value is calculated as follows:

The $800 value assigned to the Slosh Tubz Inner Fenders is an all-inclusive prize value intended to cover the Inner Fenders themselves, applicable shipping costs, and applicable taxes associated with providing the Inner Fenders to the winner.
The winner will not be charged separately by Slosh Tubz for the applicable shipping or taxes included within this $800 prize allocation.
The Inner Fenders will be provided for the winner’s applicable truck year/model, subject to product fitment and availability. The Sponsor may request reasonable vehicle information from the winner to confirm fitment.
The merchandise package may include various Slosh Tubz-branded products. The exact merchandise included may vary, provided that the merchandise package has an approximate retail value of at least $200.
The $500 store credit is intended for use toward eligible Slosh Tubz products and is not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Any costs or expenses not expressly included in the prize description remain the responsibility of the winner.

7. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing is scheduled to take place on October 5, 2026 at approximately 10:00 AM Central Time.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.
Optional tagging, sharing, reposting, or other promotional activity does not provide additional entries or improve an entrant’s odds.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be contacted through the social media account associated with the winning entry.
The potential winner must respond within 72 hours after the initial notification attempt.
The Sponsor may require the potential winner to provide reasonable information necessary to verify eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 72 hours, is determined to be ineligible, cannot satisfy the requirements of these Official Rules, or declines the prize, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
IMPORTANT: Slosh Tubz will never require a winner to pay money, purchase a product, provide a credit card number, provide bank-account information, or pay a “processing,” “shipping,” or “claim” fee in order to receive the prize.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor concerning the administration of the Promotion.
The Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to disqualify any participant who attempts to
interfere with the Promotion; uses automated systems, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to submit entries; submits fraudulent or duplicate entries; provides false information; violates these Official Rules; or engages in conduct intended to manipulate or compromise the integrity of the Promotion.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical problems, platform failures, unauthorized intervention, or circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion.

10. SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM RELEASE
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
By entering the Promotion, each participant releases and holds harmless Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Platforms, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims or liabilities arising out of or relating to the Promotion or any prize awarded.
Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Slosh Tubz, and not to Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.

11. SPONSOR RELEASE
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Slosh Tubz and its owners, officers, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, and promotional partners from claims arising from or relating to participation in the Promotion or acceptancepossession, use, misuse, or inability to use the prize, except to the extent caused by the Sponsor’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or otherwise invalid entries; internet or network failures; social media platform outages or technical problems; device or software failures; horized intervention; errors in the administration of the Promotion; failure to receive a notification because of account restrictions, message settings, spam filters, or other technical issues; or any other technical or human error that may affect the operation of the Promotion.

13. PUBLICITY
Where permitted by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Slosh Tubz to use the winner’s first name, social media username, photograph, likeness, and/or general location for reasonable promotional purposes relating to the Promotion without additional compensation.
Any publicity use will be subject to applicable law.

14. PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used for purposes reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, fulfill the prize, and comply with applicable law.
Information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s applicable Privacy Policy.

15. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW
This Promotion and these Official Rules are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Any disputes arising from or relating to the Promotion will be governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

These Official Rules will be made available on the official Slosh Tubz website during the Promotion Period.
In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and any promotional material, advertising, social media post, video, or other communication relating to the Promotion, these Official Rules will control to the extent permitted by law.
